Life is creativity. Making and teaching art is my way of life.
Born in Denver Colorado Cristine comes from a family of artists. Her mother was a graduate of Parsons School Of Design with a degree in dressmaking, her father was a graduate of CU with a degree in Engineering. Her two older sisters and younger brother are involved in woodworking, printmaking and metalsmithing. We made everything growing up. Halloween costumes, Christmas ornaments, skateboards, yoyo’s, dollhouse furniture and much more.
Since 1989 She has participated in small and large art shows and markets across the Country. She has been a participant as well as a teacher in one, two and three day workshops in mold making, simple tool making, sgrafiatto and surface decoration techniques.
Cristine received her Bachelors of Fine Arts degree at Metropolitan State College in 1993, under the guidance of the late ceramist Roger Lang.
